To send your valuablepurchases with us, we work with a specialist in the distribution of packages in the jewelry industry.
Mikropakket is the market leader in the distribution of packages with an above-average monetary emotional value in the Benelux. They manage a network with real-time tracking on the packages, category 5 security on its vehicles and is the only fully TAPA A certified network in the Benelux. Due to the extra attention to the packages and the minimum missing persons ratio (1 in 84,000 for the whole of 2017), Mikropakket has built up a very good reputation.
Mikropakket always delivers with signature and never to the neighbors, parcel deliveries within 24 h within the Benelux.

DHL Express,always delivers with signature and never to the neighbors, parcel deliveries within 4 days in Europe.

Delivery

Most jewels can be delivered within a period of 6 weeks. Since all jewels of "Helena Piepers" are made by hand, this period is necessary to process the order qualitatively. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. Shipping delay is not an accepted reason to change your order.
During the order procedure, the customer indicates how the parcel is shipped and is therefore responsible for the chosen delivery method. The shipping costs of the package are at the expense of the customer.
The goods, shipped by any means of transport: by registered mail, Bpost, Mikropakket, DHL Express or private courier, always travel – even if this was free – on risk and responsibility of the customer. The transport/shipping costs are always at the expense of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
If the customer does not receive the parcel on the date communicated to him or if the customer does not pick it up at a collection point, the order will be automatically returned to "Helena Piepers". If this occurs, the customer will be contacted to arrange a new delivery of the order. In this case, additional delivery costs may be required from the customer.

Packaging

Each jewel comes with an accompanying stylish packaging, which can serve as gift packaging.
